By train

From railway station Venezia Santa Lucia:

public waterbus line # 1 or # 2 (faster) – direction Rialto and stop at Rialto ‘Carbon’ Station. From the ‘vaporetto’ stop turn right and follow the street overlooking the Grand Canal until you’ll reach a street on your left called calle del Carbon, take it until the end.

Once you get a little square called Campo San Luca take a way out named Calle Fuseri, in this street turn second Left and then 1st right is Calle Schiavine, at the end of this street is our entrance down on the left.
