Wonderful location with caring staff

“Me and my family loved our stay here. The room was beautiful with a canal view, clean, and had plenty of room for a triple. The location is really prefect, being just tucked away with a 5 min walk max to Rialto or San Marco. Valentina made the stay extra special by being a wonderful and attentive host. Overall a charming place to spend time in Venice”

 Lovely location and hostess very accommodating

We got fantastic directions from the water taxi stop so we found it very easily. It was in a great location just off the canal and equal distance from St Marks Square and the Rialto bridge so easy to explore the area. Valentina can’t do enough for you. She even gave my husband a sml bottle of champagne when she found out it was his birthday. We would definitely go back again and can’t recommend it enough.

 Our fourth visit!

This has become our ‘go to’ place to stay in Venice ever since we discovered it in 2011.
We choose to stay in the largest double room (7) that has a view over a small canal that the gondoliers use from the Basin Orseolo behind St. Mark’s Square. There are a range of rooms, of different configurations.
You can be sure of a very warm welcome from Valentina!

Nothing is too much trouble for her and she speaks many languages!
Our room was spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed plus armchairs, good wardrobe space with hangers, a kettle and a fridge.(Now!) air conditioning as well.
The continental breakfast is excellent with plenty of variety.
The location, virtually equidistant from Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s Square, is superb both for exploring Venice and for also arriving by Vaporetto from the Grand Canal. We had another delightful stay.

 Christmast break

An excellent hotel, fantastic location, helpful and friendly staff. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. The hotel is located 5 mins to the Rialto bridge abs 10 mins to St Marks square, all in all a great weekend break.
